Our Number One is our original do-everything glove for warm weather tactical, military and general utility use. When designing our gloves we started by testing everyone else’s tactical and general utility gloves. What we noticed was the nearly universal use of rigid materials and unnecessarily complicated stitch patterns that compromised stretch and fit. So, we set out to simplify the tactical utility glove and only use design characteristics that maximize grip and dexterity:
- Use of stretchy material across the entire back of the hand with as few stitch lines as possible for best possible fit on the widest range of hand shapes.
- Use of synthetic leather on the palm, cut in one piece, to minimize seams that cause blisters.
- Grip silicone on the palm for precise grip on firearms and tools.
- Touch silicone on the index finger and thumb for precise dexterity when handling electronics and triggers.
- We make the wrist opening wider to make our gloves easier to put on and take off and added an extra large pull-loop.
