Warranty

 

For the original buyer from stoatgloves.com we guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects for 1-Year after purchase. Manufacturing defects pertain to structural deficiencies in the gloves. It does not include wear and tear or damage from use.

Warranty Claim Process:

• Please contact us and we will issue you a WRA (Warranty Return Authorization) with return address. In your email please include a description of the issue/problem, along with the buyer's order number and buyer's full name.
• We must see the item before any determination is made. Customer is responsible for shipping the item to us.

• If an item you purchased from stoatgloves.com has a covered defect, determined at our discretion, we will repair the item, replace the item or we will be glad to assist you in processing a refund, depending on the nature of the defect.
• Normal warranty determination and return time is 2 weeks from receiving the item.

Warranty Exclusions:

We do not warranty items against normal wear and tear, sizing issues with used gloves, unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, improper maintenance, accident, misuse, negligence, damage, or if the item is used for a purpose for which it was not designed.
